A full audit trail.
Every step is recorded the moment it happens and can't be edited afterwards. When it was sent, when it was opened, how the signer proved who they were, when they signed, from which device and internet address, and a fingerprint of the exact file.
It all comes back with the signed copy as a certificate of completion, ready to put on file or show a regulator.

Questions.
Is an electronic signature legally binding?
For most everyday documents in England and Wales, yes. The Law Commission confirmed in 2019 that an electronic signature can be used to sign a legal document, as long as the usual requirements for that type of document are met. Deeds need a witness, so DulySign isn't for those.
Does my client need an account or an app?
No. They get a link, confirm a code and sign in their browser, on a phone or a computer.
What can I upload?
Word documents, PDFs, and photos or scans of a form. DulySign turns it into a PDF and shows you a preview before it goes out, so your client always signs a fixed copy that can't be changed afterwards.
What documents is it for?
Everyday paperwork for any business: terms of business, client agreements, tenancy forms, quotes, consent forms and declarations. Not deeds, transfers or anything that must be witnessed.
Can everyone in my firm use it?
Yes. One price covers every user and every document you send.
